To my highly productive friends. You’ve nailed your goals but you’re pooped. Know that feeling tired is NOT NORMAL. I don’t care how many kids or dogs you’re looking after or how ‘big’ your job is. When a women (or anyone) says they are tired, I believe them. (we are NOT complainers). Period.
What you’ll want to understand is that drinking all the coffee or boosting energy with sugar is only making the problem worse. As it’s masking the real problem, which could be rooted in your adrenal glands or chronic stress or what I call ‘push’ energy.
