Hi! My name is Linda.

I spent thousands of dollars, precious energy, and so much time seeking help from multiple health professionals, both allopathic and alternative to find out what was wrong with me. My traditional Drs said ‘it must be stress’ and my alternative practitioners help incrementally. I’m grateful for it all, but I knew that there must be a better, faster way and more holistic to get answers and heal.

Can you relate?

I was desperate for answers and I wasn't willing to give up until I found them. I was in a constant cycle of trial and error trying to find something to help me feel like myself again. Thinking about the $ I spent on supplements thinking…this is it! This is what will fix me!

My natural health journey eventually led me to teach yoga, practice holistic nutrition and more recently, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition where I learned that through some key functional labs, I could quickly identify underlying causes of disease or ‘hidden stressors’ and then strategize healing opportunities for optimal health.

FDNs use a step-by-step healing process that focuses on DRESS:

Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress reduction, and Supplementation.

I will set you up with the tools that your body needs to be nourished and thriving!


I know from experience that diet, lifestyle, environment and mental & emotional well-being play a synergistic role in our health. I believe in abundance rather than deprivation and focus on nourishing the body with delicious & nutritious food, essential oils and recommendations are tailored to each individual - there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing.  

Most importantly, I meet my clients where they are at and strive to make small sustainable changes for life long health.  

My goal is to make nutrition simple and empower my clients to take control of their own health, offering support and coaching along the way.
